You Deserve It

About a year ago, my best friend invited me to a party. It was one of those parties where someone is a host and someone else is selling something and bla bla bla. I honestly didn't want to go. I'm not really into those events, plus I can be quite antisocial especially if said even requires me to be around a bunch of people I don't know. I still remember when she sent me the text inviting me the words "You have to come" being involved. If I'm being honest, I did. I mean I didn't HAVE to but if I wanted to be a good friend, I did. She gave me a brief description and I still felt pretty "meh" about the entire idea. Then I got the post card invite in the mail and it was really cute. I decided to check out the website some and man was their marketing on point (and still is to this day). I found myself interested but still wasn't feeling this party situation. I went anyway, and had fun. I always do. I don't know why I always dred going places because it always ends up perfectly fine! It's safe to say that I fell in love at that party. I didn't know it at first, it took me a little bit of time, but I was hooked.

I became a Perfectly Posh consultant in October of 2014. I didn't start selling the products for the money. I started selling them because I honestly love them (I'd be lying if I said perks weren't involved at all) and wanted more people to know about them. I don't love everything. Some stuff it a hit and some is a miss but I will say this, the majority is a hit. A lot of us have mini meltdowns when the new line comes out twice a year because it's that "out with the old, in with the new" shtick. Got to make room for new products. The Fall/Winter line just dropped and I'm pretty stoked!

I'm also super excited about the new lip gloss! I'm kind of addicted to glosses and balms and so on. You say hoard, I say collect. :) The packaging changed on our lip scrubs too. Aren't these little tins the cutest?!?!
